Good to attend guided tour.

Friendly tour guide providing informative guidance on key drawings and about the history. I like small group guided tour which allows more interaction.

If you want to visit the Prado museum, look elsewhere.

I couldn't visit the Prado museum. I booked the tour four days in advance and received the booking confirmation from the tour operator. Two days before the activity, they send me an email telling me that they could not participate in the activity due to an unspecified "management issue" of the reservation (we were two adults, not a large group difficult to manage). They proposed to join the tour the next day, which unfortunately was the day we left. I was totally disappointed by their inexplicable and unjustifiable behavior.

The guide’s English needed improvement. Also it seemed like she was more knowledgeable about Spanish history than art.

Very funny panorama, highly recommended as the guide gives us accurate historical information and techniques about the works but very gracefully! I've been impressed with every play! A lot of passion is conveyed in the explanations and that is very nutritious:)
