Terminal #1 (Domestic Flights) Once you arrive at the airport, you will be directed to a room to collect your luggage. After collecting your luggage, you will go through a phytosanitary inspection. Upon exiting this inspection, you will enter an area with 2 exit doors. Please take the exit door on your right, which has a sign that says “GROUND TRANSPORTATION.” You will pass through 2 rooms with various information modules. Please exit the building completely, where you will find your GRAY LINE LOS CABOS Representative. Please do not take the door on the left as it is for people who do not have included transportation and it will direct you to another area of the airport.
Terminal #2 (International Flights) Upon arrival in Los Cabos, and after clearing Customs you likely be approached by Time Share Representatives, we recommend you ignore them and keep walking towards the exit door.
Once you have stepped outside the door you will find our Representative, (There are at The Shade # 6/7) who will be wearing a green, blue and white Polo shirt with a blue diamond shaped Logo and gray pants, Holding a Gray Line Sign.
Please present your transfer voucher to our Representative to redeem your service. (You can show it on your device)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Inside the airport, various people will try to approach you, claiming to be Representatives of Gray Line. Please ignore them and keep walking towards the exit as they will try to offer you Timeshares.
Once outside the airport, you will find our Gray Line staff wearing a green and blue polo shirt with the Gray Line Los Cabos logo, holding a sign that says GRAY LINE LOS CABOS. Please present yourself to them and show your transportation vouchers; they will take care of getting you to your transportation.
DEPARTURE INSTRUCTIONS: Please confirm your return transfer time to the airport at least 24 hours before your departure. Due to transportation regulations in Los Cabos, same-day changes are not permitted.
