Some places we under construction. Leaving us to skip. Another was outdated and the clue couldn’t be used at all so we had to use Google. Why pay for each team member? Waste of money.

We're sorry to hear that one location was under construction during your visit — unfortunately this is something outside our control, but we completely understand how frustrating it can be when it affects your experience. We do want to clarify that our game is designed with exactly this in mind — every route includes a skip option precisely for situations like this, so no team is ever stuck. We're sorry this wasn't clear enough during your experience. Regarding pricing — each ticket provides a full individual game experience on your own device, which is why tickets are per person. We hope you'll give us another chance in another city — we have 167 destinations across Europe, Canada, Australia and the US, and we'd love to show you what World City Trail is really about.
