I had difficulty getting our electronic tickets from my phone but glad your guide had our names. Schönbrunn was a lot less than what I expected, much smaller than pictures plus scaffolding everywhere as they were preparing for a concert the next day. All the garden tour was the free part. Our guide was excellent & entertaining although we were extremely tired from a long day. The palace was humid & stuffy & crowded.

The Palace allows too many people into the venue than is logically sane. There was barely room to move and the group was constantly split up by other groups and individuals.

Lisa was great and we enjoyed her presentation. Very helpful and very attentive to schedule would highly recommend.

The palace is beautiful, but we would have been better off getting the handset and walking the grounds at our own pace. A plethora of uninteresting and unimportant information for the average visitor.
Before we enter to the Palace you will have a short introduction of the palace from outside and a short introduction of the gardens behind the palace. Sometimes, due to time constraints we might do this after the tour of the Palace.
We will show you the highlights tour that you can book only with the live guide.
