This was a fabulous tour with an exceptional guide, Matthis who is incredibly knowledgeable about Champagne and the region. A comprehensive look at the full process of champagne production in two small champagne houses and a visit to Hautvillers Abbey. The tastings certainly did not disappoint!! I highly recommend this tour.

Everything about this tour was great! Pick up was easy and very welcoming. We booked this tour to see the smaller vineyards in the area and it did not disappoint. We were able to taste unique Champaign and see behind the scenes as to how it is made. Out host was extremely knowledgeable on the area, process, and everything that goes into making Champaign.
