Begin your small-group adventure outside Notre Dame Cathedral, where your guide explains the intricacies of its medieval design—from its towering spires and imposing gargoyles to its famed flying buttresses—while recounting the 2019 fire and efforts toward restoration. See the point marking the geographic heart of Paris, then descend into the Archaeological Crypt for a glimpse of the city’s ancient foundations, typically missed by solo explorers. For an even richer experience, opt for a Seine River cruise add-on and float by more iconic Paris landmarks after your walking tour concludes.

Sylvia did a fantastic job sharing her knowledge of Notre Dame and d’ile de la Cite! The weather was dismal and very wet, but that didn’t stop her enthusiasm. Thanks for a great tour; we learned a lot today!
