We had the most wonderful time on our Paris pastry tasting tour with Emily, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very first stop, it was clear that Emily is passionate about what she does. Her knowledge of Parisian pastry culture — the history, the techniques, the little insider details — made every bite so much more meaningful. She had a genuine enthusiasm that was completely contagious, and her warm, personable nature made our group feel instantly at ease. And the pastries? Absolutely incredible. Every single thing we tasted was a revelation. Emily clearly has an exceptional eye for quality and knows exactly where to find the best of the best in this city. The hours flew by — truly one of those experiences where you look up and can’t believe how much time has passed. If you’re visiting Paris and love food, do yourself a favor and book a tour with Emily. It was one of the highlights of our entire trip!
