Alvaro is a genius, he knows a lot and it shows. Due to organizational problems of the cathedral we could not climb the Giralda. He was still able to explain a little more than normal about cathedral chapels to compensate.

The Cathedral was spectacular. The walk up the tower was very manageable by both young and old. The views were wonderful. Merce was our guide, a young woman born in Seville. She was knowledgeable,very funny,and entertaining. Her Engish was outstanding. It was obvious that she was educated in the arts and history, and had an appreciation of what she was showing us.
