Ozzy Was Great. He was easily able to like history together in way that was easy to understand. He did a fantastic job. We did not get to see the Carriage Museum. Because the inside WCs were being cleaned and we had to go around to the ones in the rear which took extra time. When we got to the Carriage Museum we arrived right 1-2 minutes before closing time. As staunch and unwavering as the Local staff our group was not allowed in. Very disappointed after travelling 4,000 miles (6,400 km) and not seeing the complete tour. While this was not the fault of our fantastic guide Ozzy. The local venue should be more friendly to tourists, which is their beer and sausage. Lou S. from NJ, visit 12/25.
Response from Host, Feb 2026
Hi louserio, Thank you for your detailed review. We’re glad to hear that Ozzy’s knowledge and clear explanations made the tour enjoyable. We understand how disappointing it can be when venue timing prevents seeing all planned areas. While such access is managed by the venue, we appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing high-quality guided experiences. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Best regards, Rosotravel Team
