From Zurich, enjoy a scenic coach journey through beautiful countryside and along the shores of Lake Lucerne to the charming town of Lucerne. Your guide will point out the main attractions on a brief orientation drive past the Chapel Bridge, Town Hall, Jesuit Church and the Culture and Convention Centre.Spend six hours at leisure in the afternoon to explore Lucerne at your own pace. Visit the Swiss Museum of Transport, Europe’s leading transport museum, and its Swiss Chocolate Adventure (entrance not included). Art lovers should not miss the Rosengart Museum, which houses works by Picasso and Paul Klee (entrance not included). Alternatively, choose a relaxing boat ride on Lake Lucerne or wander through the city’s medieval streets. Later in the afternoon, meet your guide again for the coach journey back to Zurich.

The departure place is the Sihlquai Bus Station (Limmatstrasse 2), located behind the train station, in front of the Hotel Fred. You'll need to check in at the counter marked with “Best of Switzerland Tours”. Please have the QR code on your voucher ready and present it printed or electronically on your smartphone or tablet. Kindly arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure at the meeting point for the check-in.
