Don’t waste your money. Not enough time to go on this mountain. Started late finished early. Terribl

The mountain experience is breathtaking and worth the trip. However, we had a few hiccups which was no fault of the tour so be prepared for the following: - 1) the amount of people on the mountain is insane. Even our tour guide said it was mass populated tourism 2) the flow of people is chaotic and there isn't any organisation 3) we had misprinted tickets so the chair lift ride couldn't be accessed by us when it was clearly advertised as being included 4) the rotator cable doesn't have enough handles to hang on to so when it begins to rock people almost fall (like my elderly father did) 5) there was no organisation for the snow experience and some people missed out altogether

We would highly recommend it. The bus ride was very nice. Mount Titlis was wonderful - the glacier cave and the suspension bridge were fantastic. We did not have a clear day so we could not see very far down the mountain unfortunately. The snow tubing was also not open at the time we were there. It was cold - like 20ish degrees - even in September so plan accordingly!

They grouped 2 tours on the same bus and the first one started in Zurich so the seating on the bus was what was left over (ie the good seats were gone!). Never saw the tour guides after we got on the gondola to go up the mountain. Basically they were just there and the driver to take us there and back. The itinerary says you will get an hr in Engleberg but you don’t. It says you will get to snow tube but you won’t. No one I spoke to did. They never even told us abt it. All of this can be done by getting on a train and avoiding the traffic and costs. You can easily buy the tickets to Mt Titilus from the base.
