Great wine, food and company

We did an absolutely amazing tour of the vineyards here. We didn’t stay, which I now wish we had. The tour was great, very informative Joe really knows his stuff, the wine was delicious, we will definitely be ordering some, and we did the Merrymaking tour so had delicious food prepared by Liz. Joe and Liz were such a welcoming and friendly couple and we had lovely fun conversations with them too. I would recommend this tour to anyone, in fact go sooner rather than later as Joe and Liz told us they will only being doing it for another few years.

An entertaining, informative and lovely visit to the home of Joe and Liz and their vineyard. Warm hospitality with plenty of fun and chat, such an intersting story and plenty of delicious wines, the reds were in full flow and greatly enjoyed. Liz is a superb cook, the food was generous, delicious, prepared fresh and served with attention to detail. The other guests were a pleasure to chat with, Joe and Liz are great hosts and the visit is thighly recommended if you are visiting Carcassone or surrounding area.

What a lovely couple. Wine and food both amazing. Joe knows everything about wine and both Joe and Liz have a lovely sense of humour. Definitely would visit again. Met a lovely couple from Dublin we all had a great evening.
