What a wonderful experience with such fabulous and genuine people. Joe and Liz are amazing and love what they do. We had the tour and dinner experience and it was fantastic. Excellent food and such wonderful company with those that attended and Joe and Liz themselves, we left feeling connected and we can't wait to see them and their estate again. Along with their wondeful wines (and a need for Liz 's wardrobe ???? ) it is a has ended our Carcassonne visit on a high and we will be back!

We had the most wonderful experience visiting Joe and Liz at their beautiful winery — and lovely home! Their hospitality went truly above and beyond; from the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and cared for. Fabulous evening, beautiful setting, great hosts and delicious food and wine. A great way to spend an evening away from the hustle of the Carcassonne.

We had a 4 day break in Carcassone to celebrate a milestone birthday, and our trip to “O” Vineyard was undoubtedly the highlight. The welcome we received from Joe and Liz was exceptional. We toured the vineyard and winery before settling down to an amazing meal. We could not have been made more welcome. The fact we learnt a lot about the wine making process was just a bonus. Highly recommend a visit. Merci beaucoup mon amies!
