Overview
Get hands-on instruction in preparing two kinds of Italian pasta and a tasty tiramisu during this half-day culinary workshop. Learn homemade, generations-old recipes in an intimate group setting, capped at only 12 participants. Small-group pasta-making workshops take place in the home of a local Palermo chef and include a welcome prosecco with snacks, plus a sampling of your culinary creations.

Wonderful experience cooking at Maria's lovely home in Palermo with my sisters and mother. It was only the 5 of us there for the private lesson. We made pasta from scratch and timamisu. We dined with our host learning about her history and family. It was a very intimate experience. Maria's genuinely kind and friendly. We are grateful for her opening her home to us.

Our chef was very personable and friendly. It was obvious that she truly enjoyed cooking and sharing her family recipes with us. There was a slight language barrier, but nonetheless, it was an amazing experience. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Palermo.

Fabulous fun evening with Antonio. This was our third booking with Cesarine. Definitely recommend this company and the pasta evening with Antonio. He was a great host and the food we cooked was absolutely delicious - Trapanese pesto with busiate pasta, fried Primosale cheese and an amazing watermelon dessert. Will definitely book another cookery class with Antonio next time we're in Palermo.
