I booked this trip with my 25-year-old daughter. Both of us have done biking and e-biking before, but neither of us had experience with mountain biking. We had Eric as our guide and he was absolutely amazing! He was extremely patient in teaching us about the bikes. The bikes have a lot of features that make this a doable activity for people with different fitness levels as long as you are up for the challenge. They also provide backpacks, gloves and water bottles. The bikes have a variety of settings to provide battery boost on inclines, and the seats are fully adjustable to allow you to get a comfortable fit, although I did find my gel biker shorts to provide a more comfortable ride than my daughter who did not wear any. The scenery was absolutely spectacular with a combination of streams, forests, views of mountains and glaciers, passage through small villages, with Eric pointing out and explaining various interesting features. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the valley and about various outdoor activities in the area. Eric introduced us to a great gelato store that had a variety of really unique and amazing flavors as well as a rustic alpine eatery in a beautiful setting. In addition to being extremely friendly, one of the best features was his willingness to really tailor the trip to our own interests, needs, and level. I would highly recommend this company and Eric to anybody who would like an adventure and a chance to see some really beautiful outdoor scenery by e-bike while they’re in Chamonix.

Great place to rent e-bikes with very friendly and helpful staff! Would highly recommend to folks visiting Chamonix. Staff help you choose the perfect bike for you and each rental comes with free helmet, gloves, and repair kit! Truly great service!

So glad we did this e-mountain bike experience. Our guide Nathan was wonderful and he allowed us to decide what type of ride we wanted. The trail was fun, the bikes made the ride relatively easy and the scenery was beautiful! Bring light rain coats as it started to rain during our ride so we were glad to have them with us. This was a great experience and we would do it again in a heartbeat!
