Casa Batlló: well worth the visit. But, disappointed by the lack of access to the roof top terrace despite the Trip advisor advert implying access to all areas including the rooftop with this ticket, see attached. During the booking process, no option was given to select a colour of ticket when I purchased and based on the description and the huge price €84 (the actual blue ticket would’ve cost £56) which involved classing a 14 year old as an adult even though the Casa Batlló would charge €6 less for her age, I believed we would have access to the roof terrace. I notified Wanderung guides (who are not based in Barcelona but in India) immediately when I received my blue tickets, explaining that their description did not match what they had supplied. They politely declined to accept this was their error and either refund or upgrade the tickets to allow roof top access. So my advice is: avoid this company like the plague, they are scam artists and fraudsters, and book direct with Casa Batlló. The only reason I didn’t was because I saw the higher rating this company had - hopefully this review will help to reduce their star rating so others aren’t similarly duped.

Great Tour! Just make sure to bring a fan it’s right in the middle of the sun with no shade and super hot while waiting to get in. 10:/10 recommend. Tickets were sent to me via WhatsApp

Excellent! You will love it! A little tip: Choose the terrace option, and when you get there, have a glass of cava from the bar up top. Sit at a table under an umbrella. And if it’s a summer day, choose a time as late in the day as possible to avoid extreme heat.
