Do NOT buy!! Scam, you will NOT get the Tickets and nobody responded to me. Scam, be aware and careful. They charge your Money and then are finding excuses that there are no Tickets anymore! Then do not sell and Tickets, if you don‘t have any!!! People are traveling very far just to been told at the entrance, that no ticket is valid. Would Like to get compensation, but family already very frustrated. Whole day wasted.

It's a scam. They sell tickets that they don't actually have. The phone number links to an AM but they won't call you back. We never received our tickets worth 102 €.

Audio guide would not download, very poor follow up with Viator chat. Makes no sense that the app for the self guide is not available to download in the confirm but rather only onsite, where of course service is terrible.

We deeply sorry for the bad experience, due the high demand, it is hard to book tickets in advance. Your reservation has been already refunded.
The Palace of Versailles, originating in the 17th century, has served various roles throughout its history: from a hunting lodge to a seat of power, and since the 19th century, as a museum.
The gardens and the Palaces of Trianon, the park of the Château de Versailles spans over 800 hectares. It is a beautiful place to visit.
Since 1979, the Palace of Versailles has been listed as a World Heritage and is one of the greatest achievements in French 17th century art. Louis XIII's old hunting pavilion was transformed and extended by his son, Louis XIV, when he installed the Court and government there in 1682. A succession of kings continued to embellish the Palace up until the French Revolution.
The Hall of Mirrors, the most famous room in the Palace, was built to replace a large terrace designed by the architect Louis Le Vau, which opened onto the garden.
