Great Nice food tour!

We had a fun and informative food tour with Elisabeth. She is so knowledgeable about the food, knows the vendors, and gave us interesting background and history along the way! We went back to several of the places she took us and showed us over our next several days in Nice. I definitely recommend this tour!

TOTAL SCAM. Will cancel at last minute, tell obvious lies, and then deny a remboursement. You will spend hours with Viator trying to get your money back.

When you book on the Viator platform, you pay Viator. Viator's cancellation policy is visible at the time of booking. If you do not comply with Viator's rules, you cannot request a refund. This review should be made to their service, not here. We tried to explain this to you in numerous messages, but you chose to insult us repeatedly. Viator, which has access to the messaging system on its platform, has therefore denied you a refund. We kindly warned you that there are humans behind the screen, not AI. The provider cancelled the tour at the last minute. So far I have not received a refund.

Hi, 1. It happens that tours managed with and by humans can be canceled due to illness or, in the case of your reservation : RAIN. 2. You will be reimbursed by the Viator platform, which receives your payment and has its own deadlines (certainly not within 24 hours, and only if you submit the correct request). 3. You leave a negative review just to harm us, without any understanding of the situation or even the patience to wait for the refund from Viator. 4. Only the reviews of people who take our tour count; the others are people who do not understand the situation just mentioned and who want to cause harm by doing unjustified wrong. I will leave you to think about this and wish you a nice day.

This food tour was amazing! I went with my daughter and close friend. Our tour guide was so friendly and welcoming. She was very knowledgeable about the history of food and France which we all loved. The tour and samples at Floridian was my personal favourite . We walked through many parts of Nice and old Nice. Food tasting was awesome, especially the Socca! Grazie Ellie!
