Fun , educational and a relaxed way to see Burgundy and its wines

What a great day . Thomas , our guide , took us around the vineyards stopping at a family producer and a larger producer for two tastings . Very roomy mini van and Thomas had very high knowledge of the area and the reasons behind the classifications and growing methods . Value for money was superb - we’d have paid double this for Thomas

Our tour guide was Max! He made it a really fun experience and kept everything very laid back. He even gave us a number of places to visit after the tour. Can’t recommend it enough.

We had 2 tasting, one more local/family run, the other more modern and mainstream. Both were really good experiences! Red + whites, you get a bit of everything! So much drink! 6 tastings each ^^ come prepared ! Overall very good experience!!!
Wine Tour by a True Connoisseur

This guided tour was truly guided, by someone whose knowledge of wine was truly encyclopedic. He was able to answer virtually all the questions of the two wine connoisseurs who were the only other members of our small group of two. He made each visit seem special, especially the last where we were given tastings of sparkling wines and a premier cru not normally on the tasting menu (perhaps this was a bit of theater, but if so - well done!). We were on our own for 2.5 hours to explore downtown Beaune, and I found a superb outdoor restaurant within 50 meters of our rendezvous point. By far the best of my 3 guided tours so far in this trip to France.
