Busy place!

Our guide was very nice. Unfortunately, she forgot her tour guide badge at home and our tour got cut short. Other than that it was good. Notre Dame is very busy. Go in the morning for free and walk around first. If you still want to go back, then get a tour guide.

Guide was not very visible at the meeting point. No audio equipment supplied therefore it was very near impossible to hear the description of the tour above the noise of the hundreds of people around the area.. 20 minutes of the organised tour were spent in the que to get into the building

Exterior tour at notre dame. Carmal was very good, provided insights and a good history of the cathedral. Provided tickets for express entry.

What tour? The tour guide did not show. We were 40 minutes early and then waited 15 minutes beyond the scheduled time at the designated meeting spot. Plenty of other guides, but not ours. And I requested my money back, and you all said simply no.
