Benoit was so knowledgeable about Paris both historically and in the present. In addition to giving us a thoroughly delightful tour he offered us wonderful restaurant recommendations that greatly enhanced our stay. We are frequent visitors to Paris, but feel we know it better now thanks to the time we spent with one of its most engaged inhabitants.

Great afternoon with William as our guide, who was very knowledgable and entertaining. Interesting observations on history and architecture, presented with great panache and well balanced for the mixed level of knowledge within our group. This beautiful, 19th century building is now the seat of the French government, and features a number of displays on French history.
Tour Saint-Jacques
Tour Saint-Jacques, a Flamboyant Gothic tower from the 16th century, and the only remains of the church of St Jacques de la Boucherie which was demolished during the French revolution
